Beatbullying is the UK's leading anti-bullying charity. Beatbullying works directly with young people to tackle bullying at it's root causes. We provide help and support to those effected by bullying, aim to teach and change the behaviour of bullies and work with schools and communities to prevent bullying happening in the first place. In the last 5 years Beatbullying has worked with over 1.6 million young people from across the UK and has twice been named Charity of the Year at the UK charity awards.

Chers Birthday Present - BeatBullying.org
Hi Brats!
Thanks for deciding to donate money as a birthday present for Cher this year! All the money will go to BeatBullying.org, as we all know, Cher has been a victim of bullying herself..this is an idea of what your money could do:
£2.79 pays for us to respond to one child that has been bullied. Last year there were 715,287 requests for help from very vulnerable children through cybermentors.org.uk
£13 could keep the CyberMentor service online for another hour
£22 could pay for a suicidal victim of bullying or child on child violence to talk online to one of our fully trained and qualified counsellors that are registered members of the BACP about their experiences for the first time
£100 could pay for a child to train to be a CyberMentor, giving them the skills to help other children and young people who do not feel able to share their experiences of being bullied with an adult
£1,500 could pay to run the CyberMentor programme for an entire year in your local school
In the last 5 years, over 100 children have killed themselves as a result of bullying, so don't do this just for Cher but for those who are too scared to reveal themselves.
