Hi, thanks for visiting our page. We are a team of more than 60 runners, from complete amateurs to marathon veterans, who are running the 2011 Bath Half-Marathon in memory of our relative and friend Chris Cowie. Whether by walking, jogging or sprinting, we are hoping to equal Chris's achievement in reaching the finish line of the Bath Half!

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to our charities. We are splitting our donations equally between two charities - Swift Medics and the National Kidney Federation. Swift Medics are a superb voluntary team of doctors who attend the scenes of accidents such as Chris's across Wiltshire. We are also fundraising for the NKF, a dynamic patient-run charity that sets the agenda for transplant policy, to recognise the amazing gift Chris gave by donating his organs.

Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
