The Private Equity Foundation (PEF) is a leading venture philanthropy fund that works with carefully selected charities to empower young people to reach their full potential. We identify the most effective interventions and use the world class skills of the private equity industry to grow our charities, enabling them to reach more children and young people. Our portfolio of excellent charities, alongside a strong research and policy programme, represent a complete solution to the problems faced by our children and young people.

Our Ski Team is made up of JOHN ELLIS, ROBS BARTLETT, BILLY BENNETT, ALEX CLASSEN, MARTIN HEMSLEY and RORY TAPNER. Many thanks for visiting our page. We are fund raising for SKILLFORCE in the UK by participating in the Coeur Blanc 2012 Ski Challenge.
Coeur Blanc was established in 2008, and requires a team of skiers to complete a full journey on every ski lift in the Meribel Valley in a single day. That is 56 ski lifts and requires non stop fast skiing for approximately 8 hours - the only relief being the ski lift rides. It is not a race, just a test of endurance!
SKILLFORCE is a charity dedicated to building the aspirations of, and educational attainment of, disadvantaged young people. It uses ex-servicemen as instructors. HRH Duke of Cambridge is the Royal Patron of the charity. More information is available on www.skillforce.org
For every £1 donated, a further £1 will be added to the total raised via donations received directly from the schools which benefit.

All money donated on this page via PEF will go directly to SKILLFORCE. By investing through PEF, we are taking part in "intelligent giving". PEF will monitor SKILLFORCE'S input and outcomes to ensure funds are invested in long term sustainable projects. PEF works with SKILLFORCE'S management team, supported by pro bono experts, to ensure as many children and young people as possible can be reached with maximum impact on their lives.
Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us. Donations will be processed quickly and passed to PEF/SkillForce. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid (tax) on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.
