United Response
United Response is a UK charity that supports people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities to live in the community, across England and in Wales. We provide person-centred services to people so they can be as independent as possible. We work with families and carers, local authorities, and other partners to provide people with the best possible package of support, tailored to the individual needs of those we support.

Thank you so much for visiting my Virgin Money Giving Page! Im fund raising for United Response by running the London Marathon in 2010. This challenge is going to be a real challenge to me and also will provide me witha great achievement as its something i've also wanted to do. Not only that all my efforts are also going to be for a great cause.

Your donation really will make a big difference to United Response and the people they support. United response is a top 100 national charity supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities to take control of their lives. They support around 1500 people in over 200 location throughout England and in Wales providing a range of support to people from 24 hour care to just a few hours a week. United Response is a great charity because they treat people as individuals with different personalities, interests and goals. They build their care around each person and support them to follow their dreamswhether that be to get a job or qualification, go on holiday, learn a new skill, make new friends or get more involved in their community.

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charitys behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
