West London Action For Children
West London Action for Children is a small, independent charity that provides therapy and counselling services for vulnerable children, and their parents, in the boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, and Kensington & Chelsea. Our mission is to help families draw on their strengths to overcome challenges and become the parents they want to be, with children who flourish. Our profesional team of counsellors and therapists offer help to over four hundred families a year. These families are affected by a range of issues including: abuse, domestic violence, mental illness, poverty, bullying, divorce, bereavement, emotional and relationship difficulties and the challenges faced by parents. We provide them with a specialist service for local children and families which is tailored to the needs of the individual.

Hello,

Thank you all for visiting this page. Having completed the Vienna Marathon in 2011, it is now time to run on home soil this year.

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed West London Action for Children. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.

To help generate interest for this great cause, the donor (individual or syndicate) that makes the largest contribution will be able to choose what I wear whilst running the marathon (as long as it is within the London Marathon rules). So dig deep, and help cause me some embarrassment too on the day.

I really appreciate all your support.

Daniel
