The East Anglian Air Ambulance is a lifesaving charity covering the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. We receive no Government funding so are entirely dependant on fundraisers, donations and the generosity of the public. We have to raise over £3 million a year to continue our service, flying 365 days a year, with an average of four to five missions per day. Beacuse our crews can get to patients fast and provide advanced medical attention we can be the difference between complete recovery and long term injury, life and death. Road traffic accidents account for over 50% of the incidents we're called to. Due to the speed of the helicopters it takes no more than 13 minutes to the nearest A&E department within the region. It's your support that enables us to save lives.

Right so what have I let myself in for!
Take one perfectly good aeroplane, 100 Brave & Generous (or suicidal you decide) volunteers, fly up to 13000 feet and step out into the wide blue yonder what could be easier? Well quite a lot but this is what we're doing!
I've never done anything like this, before so is going to be a strange old experience, will i be able to step out and let go? The more I raise the far less likely I will be to back out at the last minute so...
Please give generously either for the great causes, your happy it's me not you, or even because I’ve done you some past injustice and you want to see me suffer. Any reason will do but please give generously!
We're aiming to raise £20,000 between the 100 of us as well as breaking the local record for number of tandem jumps in one day!
