Hello!
I am cycling the Pru RideLondon Surrey 100 in support of Mind, an amazing charity that supports people who are experiencing mental health problems.
Every year, 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health difficulty but mental health services are not given the same level of funding as physical health services. Charities like Mind play a vital role in supporting people like you and me! Mind not only supports individuals with mental health problems but also campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health and wellbeing.
Mind are a fantastic organisation and I am proud to be riding the Surrey 100 to raise money for them. Please please please give generously and don't forget to gift aid the donation if you are a UK tax payer.
And...come and watch thousands of cyclists ride through London and Surrey on the 2nd August!
