Hi all,

Thanks for visiting our site. We are entering a team for the 2010 Skiathon in aid of Disability Snowsport UK. This is a hugely worthwhile charity which aids skiers and snowboards with any type of disability, this includes training, the provision of equipment and specialist instructors.

Our challenge is for our team of six, skiers and snowboarders, to complete 666 runs of the indoor ski slope in Hemel Hempstead in under 6 hours. This is over 100km of riding!

****UPDATE****

Ok, so, we managed it in the end!  Dispite and injury on the first run which meant we were down to 5 for much of the day, we managed it!  We may not have been the first across the line but we were not the last and the whole team will be feeling the effects of the increased runs in the coming days.  We ended with 672 runs, so again, please contribute anything!
