Football 4 Dalits - Edward Johnson fundraiser

Fundraiser:
Edward Johnson

My page: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/EdwardJohnson

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations!

What am I doing?
Put simply, I am going to participate in a World record attempt to play in the longest continuous football match ever (aiming for over 40 hours).  There will be 2 squads of only 18 players, with 11 a side on the pitch at any time.  No player is allowed to leave the pitch side during the event.  The current record stands at 37 hours.

Why am I doing this?
To raise £30,000 to build a school for some of the poorest and oppressed children of the Dalit community in India. All money raised will go to an organisation called Relief, Education and Development who build the schools.

So any support you can offer to reach this total would be much appreciated!
