Hope And Play
At Hope and Play we believe it is every child’s right to grow up in a safe and playful environment with hope for a happy future. Our projects are about creating opportunities for children who don't have this basic right. We have created seaside playspaces for children who have never seen the sea. We are building playgrounds in areas which have been battered by occupation and war. We have sent educational laptops to schools in refugee camps to help provide a richer education. We bring hope and play to children whose circumstances deny them both. We are currently supporting children in the Occupied Palestinian Territories and in refugee camps in the Middle East.
MS Trust
The Multiple Sclerosis Trust works with and for the 100,000 people in the UK with multiple sclerosis. Our vision is to enable people with MS to live their lives to the full. The MS Trust provides information that is tailored to what people want to know; education for health professionals about what people with multiple sclerosis need; research into better management of MS and support for anyone affected by MS.

London to Amsterdam 2010

Our 4th annual London to Paris cycle ride, but with a twist. We're cycling London to Amsterdam. We will do this primarily for children's projects in Gaza, but our cyclists can also nominate another charity of their choice to receive part of the sponsorship.

This year we have decided to cycle from London to Amsterdam over 3 days to raise money for charities close to our hearts.

I am raising for Hope & Play again but also going to be donating part of the money to the MS Trust as a good friend of mine has been diagnosed with MS and I want to do what I can to help.
