West London Action For Children
West London Action for Children is a small, independent charity that provides therapy and counselling services for vulnerable children, and their parents, in the boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, and Kensington & Chelsea. Our mission is to help families draw on their strengths to overcome challenges and become the parents they want to be, with children who flourish. Our profesional team of counsellors and therapists offer help to over four hundred families a year. These families are affected by a range of issues including: abuse, domestic violence, mental illness, poverty, bullying, divorce, bereavement, emotional and relationship difficulties and the challenges faced by parents. We provide them with a specialist service for local children and families which is tailored to the needs of the individual.

WLAC 100 Run Challenge

Isobel Leaviss

My page:

Hi, thanks for visiting our WLAC 100 Challenge page!

We are inviting supporters to run, walk, jog, scoot, cycle (or even row!) along the river, whenever they can, and to make a donation here to fund WLAC's vital work with local families in need.

The Hammersmith to Barnes Bridge loop is approximately 4 miles or if you are feeling even more energetic, you can try the Putney Bridge to Barnes Bridge loop which is 8 miles.

Our target is to reach 100 laps (in honour of the charity's 100th birthday this year) and to raise £1,000.

So far we are up to 19 laps!!

If you can, please write a comment with your donation telling us about your lap or post a photo on the WLAC page.

We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
