The Neuroblastoma Children's Cancer Alliance helps parents and families to raise funds to support the treatment of children suffering from the cancer neuroblastoma. The Trust has also commenced a programme to fund leading clinical research into the causes and treatment of neuroblastoma in recognised cancer centres.

Hi and thanks for visiting our page. We are two ordinary guys on a mission to raise as much money as possible for two local children suffering from Neuroblastoma and requiring treatment abroad.
Neuroblastoma is a childhood cancer. Around 100 children are diagnosed every year in the UK. Neuroblastoma is the commonest 'solid' cancer diagnosed in babies and children.
We have committed to run 2 marathons back to back, non-stop and through the night taking us from Pirbright to Southsea Pier totalling a distance of 53 miles. This will be a great challenge for us to raise funds for a very good cause.
We are both in our thirties and enjoy a plod every so often to keep fit, but this will be the first time we have done anything of this scale and this demanding, although we do appreciate a night time jaunt requires nothing like the courage and stamina that both Adam and Robyn need and find to battle on every day.
There are many children requiring similar treatment so please visit the Neuroblastoma Alliance website to read their stories and find details on how to support them as well or even just to learn more about the condition.
We are very much looking forward to the run and any donations made will be greatly appreciated. If you are a jogger or cyclist and fancy a plod or slow cycle then we would welcome the company and support even for a mile or 2 on the night of the event. I will be uploading a route map and estimated timings as soon as finalised.
We hope to be finishing about 8am on the morning of the 1st September and celebrating with a get together on the beach at Southsea which all are welcome to join us for.
