Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.

Hello all. My name is Andy. In june 2017 I am going to attempt to kayak around Britian, hopefully in under 80 days. the reason for this challenge is to raise awarreness for PTSD in the emergeny services, armed forces and the general public.

A bit about me. Im am ex forces of 13 years and for the last 14 years I have been a Paramedic. it is my time as a Paramedic I began to suffer with nightmares and flash backs. I was not sleeping and in the process i destroyed my family life through reckless behaviour and heavy drinking to help block the memories. it came to a point where i just couldnt take it any more and attempted to kill my self. Thankfully I can say now i was found in time.

As a result i felt it would be a good idea to actually raise awarness for this illness, and to raise much needed funds for a couple of charities.

the charities I have picked are Heroes on the water and the mental health charity MIND. please check out there websites.

thank you for your support

kind Regards

Andy
