Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.

In July, shortly after I turn (whisper it) forty, I will be attempting to cycle from John O'Groats to Land's End.

As a keen cyclist the aim is to try and complete the 950 mile trip in 6 days by riding about 150 miles per day...probably into a headwind. This will be a solo ride, staying overnight in B&Bs along the way.

You can follow my progress (training, races and all) on my blog http://www.kelvinwhitejogle2012.blogspot.co.uk/

The charity links tell you all you need to know about the valuable work my chosen charities carry out.

JDRF funds research to find a cure for Juvenile type-1 Diabetes. It has been supported by many at my employer, Marathon Oil, over a number of years.

BHF funds research, education and care programmes for pateints of Coronary Heart Disease, which remains Scotlands number one killer disease.
