95-106 Capital FM's Help a Capital Child was founded in 1975 by Lord Attenborough CBE, as the radio station's charity, to assist and give opportunities to thousands of children and young people experiencing abuse, homelessness, disability, poverty and illness.

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. From the 12th - 22nd October 2011 I will be trekking across the Himalayas on behalf of Help a London Child. This is an incredible charity that supports thousands of London’s disadvantaged children. The whole trek is approximately 40 - 50 miles in total - the highest altitude I may encounter is 2580m.
Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed onto the charity. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.
Thank you in advance for all your support and any donations, which whether large or small will be hugely appreciated.
I promise to let each and every one of you know about my sore and aching feet on my return!!
