Our goal is for ALL babies to be born healthy and stay healthy. Every day 70 babies are born in the UK with a life-threatening condition or an illness that will affect them and their families for life. Sparks aims to reduce this statistic so all children have the chance of a healthy future.

2012 The Outlaw Triathlon

01 July 2012

Nottingham's Outlaw Triathlon is fast becoming (almost) even more legendary than Robin Hood, the Major Oak and Brian Clough! Those who have conquered the Outlaw Triathlon in 2010 and 2011 are held in local folklore having outwitted the Sheriff to complete a 2.4mile swim, 112mile bike ride and 26.2mile run. And many of those who have watched it have been inspired to take up the challenge themselves. Come to Nottingham's Holme Pierrepont National Watersports Centre on 1 July 2012 to undertake the world's toughest one day endurance challenge, and, as long as you can cover the distance in 17 hours or less, you too will become an Outlaw.

Hey Folks, thanks for visiting my page.

On 1st July I will undertake an IRONMAN to raise money for an aesome charity SPARKS. Thats 2.4 mile SWIM, 112 mile BIKE and a full marathon all in under 17 hours......I Hope!
