MONACO & BUST

RAISING PROSTATE & BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

  • Dateline 0930 Saturday, 6th May 2012
  • People: Liz Wenman & Sarah Adams-Diffey
  • Depart: The Royal Automobile Club, Woodcote Park, Epsom, Surrey
  • Arrive:   The Automobile Club de Monaco, Thursday 10th May 2012.
  • What: A perfectly splendid four day road trip through France, to Monaco driving the Wenman's open top, race prepared, C type Jaguar
  • Why: To raise funds for Breast Cancer care  & Prostate Cancer charity: Both of these cancers have undoubtedly touched people you know. With your support we can help to raise the funds that are needed to help find cures & support patients with these horrible diseases.
  • Spin: Absolutley no spinning allowed! David will be racing the car in the Historic Grand Prix and if Liz and Sarah fail to deliver the car, on time & in perfect nick, the consequences will be biblical to behold
  • Facts: Breast cancer is a killer. It is non-gender specific and affects men as well as women; 37,000 men are diagnosed each year with prostate cancer
  • Actions: men and women get your breasts checked regularly;blokes - get your bottoms looked at as well. Take it seriously but hey, you know what? You can enjoy the check, the reassurance or both - it's your call! 
  • Mission: Give as much as you can, please!
