Double marathon challenge 1 down 1 to go!

Hello,

We would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Martin Ballard and Paul Bastow. Two members of Chatham Round Table who have somehow convinced ourselves that to do two marathons in two weeks might be a challenge worthy of your support. We intend to run the Zurich marathon on 11th April 2010 followed by the London marathon on 25th April 2010.

As you can tell, we are completely bonkers. Last year we did the Paris marathon for Children's Wish. The subsequent blood blisters and bruised toes left toe nails falling off. NO PAIN NO GAIN!

We hope to be in a better state at the end of this double marathon challenge and would appreciate your support with our quest to achieve our target of £5000 sponsorship. Every little helps.

If that did not move you to tears, please visit the charity website for an insight of how they help young terminally ill children and their families.
