When You Wish Upon A Star aims to grant the Wishes of children from the age of 2 to 16 years who are suffering from a Life threatening or Terminal illness

Max Hill's fundraising page
My name is Max, I am 10 years old and in October 2010 I was told I had Leukaemia. I am currently half way through my treatment which involves daliy chemotherapy which I hope to finish in February 2014! Some of the chemo makes my bones weak and hurt so I am starting my fund raising quest with a mini marathon of 2.5km (which to me is mega miles!!!). I would like to raise some money for 2 charities that are helping me through my journey.
Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research: so one day they will find a way to stop blood cancer and also find better medicines to treat others like me!
When you wish upon a Star: last christmas they took me to Lapland and i had the most amazing trip that i will never ever forget!!! (and i want to help pay for another poorly child to experience that too!)
So if you can spare a pound or 2 please sponsor me! When I do my run it will be nearly 2 years since i was diagnosed. During that time I have made and lost new friends, I've had good days and very bad days... Please help me make good days for others!!!
