Scope exists to make this country a better place for disabled people and their families. We do this by running a range of services, raising awareness of the issues that disabled people face and influencing change across society. We provide support, advice and information for more than a quarter of a million disabled people and their family members every year.

British double leg amputee and Paralympic Gold medallist, Richard Whitehead, is running a marathon a day this summer from John O'Groats to Land's End, championed by Virgin Media, in order to raise money for some great causes. The epic run will last approximately 40 days. Seizing the moment, defying the odds and proving life can be lived without limits. On each of the days fundraisers will be joining him for a part of the journey - be it 5k, 10k or a marathon. Please note that Scope is responsible for the administration of donations which will be split 60% to Scope and 40% to Sarcoma UK.
Please note Virgin Money Giving isn't responsible for the content fundraisers post on their pages, but if you see something you feel is offensive or inappropriate, please let us know and we'll look into it.
