Helping Rhinos
Helping Rhinos is dedicated to conserving the world's remaining rhinos and preventing them from becoming extinct. Our mission is to "create awareness of the issues threatening the global rhino population and to raise funds to help protect them for future generations".. We work in the UK by giving talks to schools and community groups and with a number of projects in the field. We focus our field work support on both protecting rhinos and working to address the demand for rhino horn in 'destination' countries.

Thank you for your interest in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. We need your support to continue our very important work. Every donation makes a difference.
The Ol Pejeta Conservancy is an important "not-for-profit" wildlife conservancy in Kenya. It is the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees and is home to four of the world's last seven northern white rhinos. It's a very special place and if you have visited the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, you already know that.
Keeping our wildlife safe is not cheap and comes at a high cost.  In addition, our mission statement states that any surplus income generated from our operations is reinvested into conservation and community development.
While Ol Pejeta aims to be self-sustaining, the total revenues generated are insufficient to support the needs of our surrounding communities and associated conservation initiatives.
Ol Pejeta will continue to rely on the goodwill of individuals and organisations throughout the world to achieve our mission.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy is an important "not-for-profit" wildlife conservancy in Kenya. It is the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees and is home to the world's last three northern white rhinos. It's a very special place and if you have visited Ol Pejeta, you already know that.

Ol Pejeta relies on the goodwill of its supporters around the world to keep our conservation and community development work going. Our goal is to ensure the surrounding communities continue to benefit from conservation, and that the diverse species and habitats of the Laikipia ecosystem are safeguarded now, and in the future. We can only do this with your help.

Keeping our rhino safe costs around $850 per rhino, per month - we have over 105 rhinos. One medical kit for a community health worker costs $230. Equipping one ranger with boots, a radio headset, a solar charger, and a uniform comes to $280. Please, give what you can and help make a difference.

Ol Pejeta will continue to rely on the goodwill of individuals and organisations throughout the world to achieve our mission. Donating is easy and hassle-free. Asante sana!
