Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group - Survival for children with cancer and leukaemia has improved from 10% in 1970 to around 75%. The clinical trials and laboratory research conducted by members of Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group (CCLG) has been a major factor in this. The CCLG is the only charity dedicated to supporting the work of those looking after children and teenagers with these life-threatening illnesses. The Group is committed to research and development in the treatment of cancer in these age groups. But although childhood cancer treatment is, rightly regarded as a great success, it should not be forgotten that still today three out of ten children diagnosed with cancer will not survive their disease. The ultimate aim of CCLG is to maximise cure while minimising the early and late side effects of treatment. Information for families of children with cancer is an important issue and to help support both the children and their families we produce a wide range of award winning publications which are available free of charge. Caring for children and curing their cancer remains our goal.

Myself and Jay Connolly are doing a 10,000ft freefall solo skydive in Cambridgeshire on Saturday 28th April 2012...I really do appreciate any support with donations...

Because of the very kind and generous donations and support we have received for this sky dive to help raise funds for CCLG and the fact that we have smashed past the £1000 target by February, i have set a bigger target of £1250..Any donations of any amount are very grateful....XX

DUE TO THE BAD WEATHER ON SATURDAY 28TH OF APRIL THE DIVE SCHOOL CANCELLED OUR JUMP UNTIL THE SUNDAY 20TH MAY...HOPEFULLY THE SKY WILL BE CLEAR FOR US TO JUMP THEN!!!

Wish us Luck...I think i'm gonna need it!!!! lol
