I CAN is the children’s communication charity. We are here to ensure that no child is left out or left behind because of a difficulty speaking or understanding. Nobody wants a child’s potential to be wasted. It happens because communication difficulties are not visible, often mistaken for something else, or not noticed at all. I CAN’s mission is to make sure that everyone in contact with children knows how important communication is, what a communication difficulty looks like and what they can do to help.

Adidas 5k Women's Challenge 2010
Hi, thanks for visiting my page! I'm running in this year's Adidas 5k challenge in support of ICan - a charity that helps children with all kinds of communication difficulties.
I'd really appreciate your support! I hate running so this is a serious challenge for me and I can only endure the pain if I know I'm raising funds to help children learn vital life skills.
