Meningitis Research Foundation is a registered charity established in 1989. With over 15,000 individual members and supporters with personal experience of meningitis and septicaemia, MRF is working towards a world free from meningitis and septicaemia. We aim to achieve this by funding research to prevent meningitis and septicaemia, and to improve survival rates and outcomes. We also promote education and awareness to reduce death and disability, and give support to people affected.

The summit of Kilimanjaro, the rooftop of Africa and the ultimate African adventure awaits those who dare! Kilimanjaro is the tallest free standing mountain in the world and stands at 5,895m. Kibo the snow capped peak is one of the most recognisable sights in the world of adventure and it is the challenge and goal for those who are prepared to tackle the landscape and the altitude to reach the summit.

Kilimanjaro Trek Fundraising Page
Hey everyone, thank you very much for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you, your friends, families, colleagues and even that random guy who looked at you in the street earlier today can sponsor me and help me towards my ultimate goal - raising enough money to get me to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro! Donations will be quickly processed and passed on to my chosen charity, "Meningitis Research Foundation." Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you in advance for any donations. Just remember, any amount you can give, no matter how small, all builds up and adds towards the final target. Give as much or as little as you can - just think about the end achievement.
