Vertical Rush, London’s biggest and best tower-running event, is back in the capital for a fourth year! Join hundreds of runners scaling 920 steps to the very top of Tower 42 in the City of London, with the Shelter team cheering you on all the way. Up for the challenge?

Hi, thanks for visiting my page.

On March 1 2012 I will be attempting to run up 920 steps to reach the top of Tower 42 in the City of London.

The event has been arranged by the housing charity Shelter and that's who I am raising money for.
