The Fire Fighters Charity provides vital support services to fire service personnel and their families when they need it most. The Charity’s three specialist centres across the UK offer fire fighters the help they need to recover from injury, surgery or illness, so they can get back to their job of saving lives.

Hi, thanks for visiting my page.
I have been a retained Fire Fighter with Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service since 2003.
In January 2012 I will be trekking from Coast to Coast across Costa Rica, through Rainforests, coffee plantations and around the crater of a volcano. 6 - 8 hours walking every day for 12 days and sleeping in a tent - so no luxuries here!
I will be doing various fundraising activities and will add photos when I can and I have also started an ebay account with a donation to the Fire Fighters Charity from every sale.
Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.
