Mosaic was founded by HRH The Prince of Wales and convened in November 2007 by Business in the Community, one of the Prince’s Charities, to challenge the growing concern around the issues facing young Muslims living in deprived areas of Britain. Mosaic’s key priorities, as outlined by its founder, are twofold. Firstly, creating opportunities for young people of all backgrounds who do not have them Secondly, creating opportunities for understanding between different people and groups Creating opportunities for young people, championed by Muslims, harnessing the power of positive thinking.

Running like the wind for community cohesion
Hello everyone!
If you are visiting this page it is probably because I have pestered the life out of you to please sponsor me. Thank you for finally giving in.
I am running for a charity named Mosaic. They are a unique charity working toward a more integrated society across the country. They send some spectacular success stories into schools across the UK in order to try and encourage youngsters to work to their maximum potential.
Mosaic are not your typical charity. They probably are not the first one that springs to mind when someone thinks about donating money. It is for this reason that it is important people do help them. They work hard to tackle difficult issues and they do a wonderful job.
They also want to address the current state of misunderstanding between that has arisen between the Islamic and Western worlds in recent years.
It is important that people from all communities come forward and show that they care about creating a community where people can live around and understand each other.
