Ok, so the blurb is over on to the good stuff. I will be doing the Clock2Rock bike ride for the British Heart Foundation, riding from Big Ben in London To Gibraltar Rock. This will take on the 14th Sep to 1st Oct 2012, and I hope to be raising £6000 for BHF's Mending Broken Hearts Fund and assuming the ride doesn't kill me ;-) I should get a little bit fitter in the process.
So sponsoring me is really easy just click the big donate now button, choose the amount you’d like to donate, and whether you’d like to pay by credit or debit card, or PayPal. The minimum donation is £1 and you can choose to leave a message for me too. When you’ve done this, just click ‘Next’.
You don't need to register if you don't want to so just click 'Next' and fill in you card details and your email address so confirmation can be sent to you and a thankyou email from me. Oh and remember to tick the terms and conditions box, and then click ‘make donation’, otherwise it won't work :-)

Now with such a large event I have to raise a certain amount before a certain deadline to qualify for the ride, these amounts and dates are as follows.

Day 6 - Andernos to Biarritz (110 miles)
Day 7 - Rest day in Biarritz
Day 8 - Biarritz to Sos (111 miles)
Day 9 - Sos to Calatayud (118 miles)
Day 10 - Calatayud to Canamares (96 miles)
Day 11 - Canamares to Alcazar de San Juam (112 miles)
Day 12 - Alcazar de San Juam to Puertollano (86 miles)
Day 13 - Puertollano to Cordoba (112 miles)
Day 14 - Rest day in Cordoba
Day 15 - Cordoba to Ronda (110 miles)
Day 16 - Ronda - Gibralta (72 miles)
Day 17 - Rest and celebration day!
