Zoe's Place Baby Hospice Middlesbrough
Zoe is the Greek word meaning 'gift of life', and here at Zoe's Place we believe that life is precious no matter how long it lasts. Zoe's Place is a home from home for babies who have life limiting or terminal illnesses, special and complex needs to varying degrees. Zoe's Place can take up to six infants at any one time, there is also accommodation and ample facilities for the whole family if these are needed. We offer palliative and respite care for babies/infants from birth to five years old. We afford each individual respect and dignity regardless of gender, race, culture, religious beliefs or disability.
Bloodwise formerly known as Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research
We are the UKs biggest blood cancer charity. We are here to beat blood cancer. We stop people dying from blood cancer, we make patients lives better and we stop people getting blood cancer in the first place. We research. We help. We campaign. We share learning. We raise money. We have changed the world for people with leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other blood disorders, but we won’t stop until every single person with blood cancer survives and can live their life to the full.

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.

From 14th - 21st December 2011 I ran on a treadmill at Teesside University and broke the outright record for the furthest distance (833km). Now I am running the length of Irealnd, 345 miles from Mizen Head to Malin Head. I set out on 25th March 2012 to attempt to break this record.  Help make my effort worthwhile by supporting my charities.  Many thanks, Sharon xx

Charlotte Wren Forget-Me-Not Fund (Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research (LLR).

Mike and Claire Wren, as a family of local fundraisers in Middlesbrough, set up their Forget-Me-Not Fund, in loving memory of their beautiful and brave three year old daughter Charlotte in 2007.Their vision is to help ‘make a difference’ for little people fighting blood cancers by funding breakthroughs in research and improvements into treatments that are less invasive, less painful and ultimately to find that elusive cure for all, in a dedication to Charlotte’s memory.

At all theirfundraising events, Mike and Claire truly believe that whenever people are gathered together in Charlotte’s name – Her inspirational spirit and legacy of  unconditional love will continue to go on.

In 1960 leukaemia was a death sentence with survival rates at just 1% and now in 2011, that figure is a 92% chance of survival – thanks to your support.
