Hello friends, family, colleagues and ex-girlfriends

As part of my seemingly never-ending mid-life crisis, I'm running the London Marathon...all 26.2miles.

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf.

I really appreciate all your support, and thank you for any donations.

See you at the finish line (hopefully before sunset).

Simon

P.S. just in case you're wondering, that's not me in the photo.  Not yet at least.
