Hi, thanks for visiting our page.

So, what are you sponsoring us for?

Over the 13th, 14th and 15th May 2011, a group of 16 lads, backed by an amazing group of volunteers, played 5-a-side football for 40 hours.....we hope thats enough to break a world record, we just to get it confirmed by Guinness!

All of this was in memory of Billy Newton, my Father, who we lost to a disease called Wegeners Granulomatsis in 2010.

For more updates on whats happening, visit out blog HERE

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.

The money will be passed to the Guys and St Thomas' charity who are researching how Wegener’s granulomatosis migrates through the body and whether it travels in a similar way to other cells. Understanding how the disease spreads will help them to learn how the disease evolves. If they get a better understanding of how this works, then this will in turn help them to find new treatments for patients with Wegener’s granulomatosis.  For more details, please see follow this link http://wegeners.org.uk/current-research/
