Cricket Without Boundaries
Cricket Without Boundaries (CWB) is a UK cricket development and AIDS awareness charity. It is run almost entirely by the dedication and enthusiasm of its volunteers. Since its formation in 2005 CWB has become one of the world's leading Cricket Development and AIDS awareness charities. It is dedicated to helping, educating and developing local communities around the world through the spread and growth of cricket.

Using cricket to spread HIV awareness and education?  It's such a crazy combo, but it seems to work and do so much more.  CWB has been going for 10 years and done so much to educate and empower young people through sport - encouraging inclusiveness and confidence that changes people's lives.

So, how can you help and get involved? I needed a big challenge for this and so I'm committing to walk, run or cycle 3000 miles in 2017. This will be through training for and running some events (and there may be a few other non-sporting events along the way too).  Immediately on the horizon are the Surrey Half Marathon, Hastings Half Marathon and the Fox Ultra. This will be my first attempt at a longer-than-marathon distance so any support and encouragement through sponsorship is more than welcome.

Updates on my progress can be found here

Thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
