Urban Outreach (Bolton) - Urban Outreach was formed in 1990 to work with the homeless people of Bolton. Driven by the desire to "bind up the broken-hearted and set the captives free" we have seen these small beginnings grow into seven projects which are making a difference within the lives and community of Bolton. 2011 Scally Rally - Europe

Scally Rally is a popular event in the Banger Rally calendar and has received great praise for it's innovative routes and excellent organisation. The first Scally Rally took place in 2006 with the aim to bring affordable motorsport to the masses...5 years later we are still offering the best routes at the best registration price. I work for Urban Outreach and in September, I'll be doing the Scally Rally, drivng to Rimini in Italy (and back) in a car that I bought for £100. My son Ben will be navigating.
