8th London Legal sponsored walk

21 May 2012

Led by the Lord Chief Justice, the Master of the Rolls, The Chairman of the Bar Council and the Presidents of the Law Society and ILEX the London Legal sponsored walk raises funds for London's legal advice centres. It is a 10km "after work" walk from the RCJ to Vauxhall Bridge along the Thames South Bank and back to the Law Society along the North Bank. We'd very much appreciate your help in beating the 2011 walk result when 5,000 walkers raised £497,000

Our team is:- Ruth Emberley

We are walking with the Lord Chief Justice and thousands of lawyers to raise funds for the London Legal Support Trust which funds Law Centres and pro bono agencies in London and the South East.

We know that these agencies do a fantastic job in preventing homelessness, resolving debt problems, gaining care for the elderly and disabled and fighting exploitation.

We also know how short they are of the funds to continue that work.
