Hi,

Thanks for visiting my page.

It is 5 years since dad passed away, from prostate cancer. PRCR since then have worked hard to achieve and establish new medical research. To keep this research and find a cure for prostate cancer going, I have decided stupidly to run 26.2 miles. I thought 13.1 miles was enough.

As a majority of you are aware, Mr A, Jonny or what ever you knew him as, liked to encourage the people around him to do their best, find a new challenge and most importantly help others. Dad thanks for this.

Unfortunately Dad/John is not with us today to see the people he loved to face these challenges due to Prostate Cancer.

Please sponsor me, this is so important.

A Majority of men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in the later stages of their lives.  Some will be unfortunate enough to be diagnosed like Dad in their earlier years.

Please allow these men and the men in your life, have a chance to see you and their loved ones achieve their dreams of careers, relationships and even children. My dad/John missed out on this and as a family we miss him dearly.

PCRC needs the funds to carry on the medical research and challenege they face.

Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.

I really do appreciate all your support, laughter and encouragement. So thank you for any donations.
