Practical Action is an international development charity, founded in 1966 by radical economist Dr EF Schumahcer. We work with and employ local people to create simple, sustainable answers to poverty. We know that the right idea, no matter how small, can change lives.

Around the World in 36 Hours Fundraising WOOO
Hi guys! We (Muhammad, Meena and Swathi (the super hot three in the top left hand corner)) are taking part in Warwick Jailbreak, where the aim is to get as far as you can from the University of Warwick in 36 hours without any money.
Because we're struggling, it's only fair that you give us your money.
We are working for Practical Action, who are a charity focussed on fighting poverty around the world. Working with empoverished communities, they work towards providing adequate systems of energy, water, sanitation, agriculture and education for the less fortunate.
This'll be happening on the 3rd of November. If you sponsor us, we'll love you forever, but if our love wasn't enough (which it is), you'll be donating towards a good cause, and you'll be able to keep track of us on the internet, trekking international territories wearing fun animal onesies!
Not only this, but the UN match whatever we get TIMES FIVE. Meaning if you give us a measly five pounds, Practical Action gets another TWENTY-FIVE on top. You might as well!
