Can you stay off booze for 31 days? Challenge yourself to avoid that cheeky after-work pint, that glass of wine on the sofa, or that boozy night out for the whole month of January. Not only will you save your pennies and your waistline, but by getting family and friends to sponsor you, you can raise money for Alcohol Concern and make a difference to the lives of those harmed through alcohol misuse.

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.

As you may know, I'm an Alcohol Worker at Taunton Association for the Homeless so I see the harm alcohol causes to individuals, families and the community every day. I also see people make huge changes to their lives by cutting down or stopping their drinking, which is inspiring and a real privilege. It's out of solidarity to my clients that I'm attempting to have an alcohol free January, and to raise money for Alcohol Concern. I hope to learn more about myself and my clients through the experience. 

I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
