Centre for Christian Care and Counselling (4Cs) is a local low-cost counselling organisation run by trained volunteers who are Christians. There are currently centres in Norwich, Aylsham, Dereham, Wymondham in Norfolk and Lowestoft in Suffolk. 4Cs services are open to everyone, irrespective of faith (or no faith), gender, race, age or sexuality. People come for counselling for a wide variety of issues, although the most common ones are relationship issues, depression, low self-esteem or as a result of past emotional trauma. The work can be both short or long term. Most people come to 4Cs following recommendation from their GP. Although some counselling is available on the NHS, many people find that this is insufficient and come to 4Cs for longer term work.

Boudicca Run - Way of the Warrior Queen
Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Please note that all funds raised are being split 50/50 between 4Cs counselling and Cruse Bereavement Care Norwich. Both charities provide a really valuable service and I hope to raise as much money as I can to help support their work.
WOW – what an amazing day it was! ‘THANK YOU’ to everyone who ran with me (in the rain), waited to cheer me on (in the rain!), came to the finish (in the rain) and supported me over the past few months (and years!). I have often told people how much I enjoy running in mud and rain and so it shouldn’t have surprised me that they didn’t want to feel left out. Apart from the first 30 minutes, it rained for the whole run. It turned what was already a bonkers run, into a really challenging adventure. Anything else would have been a bit dull!!
I am so pleased to have raised so much money already for my two charities: Cruse Bereavement Care Norwich and 4Cs (local affordable counselling) but I won’t be closing this page for a while so if you haven’t donated yet or know someone who would like to donate please go ahead and do so.
I will never forget the experience, especially the support I had. The whole thing has been amazing and humbling. THANK YOU.
