Help for Heroes (H4H) was founded by Bryn and Emma Parry after a profoundly moving visit to Selly Oak Hospital in the summer of 2007. Bryn and Emma met some extraordinarily brave young people who had been badly wounded and they just wanted to do something to help. "It’s about the blokes, our men and women of the Armed Forces. It’s about Derek, a rugby player who has lost both his legs, it’s about Carl whose jaw is wired up so he has been drinking through a straw. It’s about Richard who was handed a mobile phone as he lay on the stretcher so he could say goodbye to his wife. It’s about Ben, it’s about Steven and Andy and Mark, it’s about them all. They are just blokes but they are our blokes; they are our heroes. We want to help our heroes."

BWI CHARITY BIKE RIDE - HELP FOR HEROES
Thank you for visiting BW interiors 2010 charity bike ride fundraising page in support for Help For Heroes.
The route has been decided and the date set!
BW Interiors employees have taken on the challenge!
The ride has been divided into three routes giving the opportunity for any ability to take part.
The distances will be
120 miles
60 miles
30 miles
It will start in Epsom for the 120 mile cyclists who will head out into the beautiful countryside of Surrey for a 60 mile loop.
After 60 miles the cyclists will pick up the 60 mile riders and head down through West Sussex towards the coast where they will finally pick up the 30 mile riders in Horsham.
Everyone will ride to the finish line in Littlehampton.
This is NOT A RACE BUT A RIDE where everyone will stick together and help each other for the WHOLE 120 miles.
Help for Heroes is a fantastic charity and we hope you can help us in showing your support in sponsoring our event.
