National Autistic Society
The National Autistic Society is the UK's leading charity for people affected by Autism. Over half a million people in the UK have autism. Together with their families they make up over two million people whose lives are touched by autism every single day. Despite this, autism is still relatively unknown and misunderstood. Which means that many of these two million people get nothing like the level of help, support and understanding they need. Together, we are going to change this.

My page:

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. As many of you may know I have a brother, Sam, who is Autistic and so I know first hand the effects of Autism both on my brother and the rest of the family. I am hoping to follow in my Mum's and my Uncle's footsteps who have also run the London marathon for The National Autistic Society (as long as I finish in a faster time than my Mum!!!)

25.03.12 Just completed the Yeovil Half Marathon in 1hr 45mins. Was good practice running with lots of others and I really enjoyed it. Couldn't keep up that pace for 26miles but had more left in the tank and feeling confident that if I set off at a steadier pace I can keep going. Has got me all fired up for the final month's training.

23.04.12  - I DID IT!!  Finished in 4 hours 13 minutes (so faster than Mum!). Am feeling very sore and stiff today but really glad I did it. Was a tough but awesome experience.

Please help me continue to raise money for the National Autistic Society.

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
