Yes.. we're really running!
We have decided to run the London Marathon 2011 in full Dr. Who Dalek fancy dress in aid of the International Medical Corps.
The International Medical Corps is a global, humanitarian, non profit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief and development programs. The International Medical Corps mission is to improve the quality of life through health interventions and related activities that build local capacity in underserved communities worldwide.
The International Medical Corps are constantly working around the globe so a small donation from you will make a world of difference.
£10 will help to train a midwife to deliver babies safely
£35 will treat 100 people with minor illnesses and injuries
£50 vaccinates 100 children
£25 will provide counselling for a child traumatised by conflict or disaster
