Christian Aid
Poverty is an outrage against humanity. It robs people of dignity, freedom and hope, of power over their own lives. Christian Aid has a vision - an end to poverty - and we believe that vision can become a reality.

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.

I have to confess that I've wanted to run the London Marathon since it began.  It is only this year, finally, that I've managed to get a place through the ballot!

I have been keeping a record of some of my training in the months leading up to the marathon, so if you're interested check out my blog at: http://daveslmblog.blogspot.com

I am running the 2010 marathon for Christian Aid.  I have been a long term supporter of this chrarity and hopefully together we can raise a lot of money for their work.  If you want to know more about Christian aid you can check out their website at: www.christianaid.org.uk

Thank you to everyone for your interest and support.  I look forward to seeing you someone along the route on April 25th.
