St Margaret's Somerset Hospice
St Margaret's Hospice is committed to providing specialist palliative care, advice, support and respite to patients and their families living in Somerset and parts of neighbouring counties. Our care is available for those who have a terminal or life-limiting illness, for example cancer, motor neurone disease and chronic lung disease and all care is free of charge. In 2010 St. Margaret's celebrated 30 Years of Caring for the people of Somerset. Through our medical expertise, nursing skills and specialist support services, we offer physical, emotional, social and spiritual care to our patients and their families. Bereavement support is also available. Our services are also available to patients where our specialist knowledge, skills and expertise will provide relief for their specific illness, such as symptom control, breathlessness management, lymphoedema treatment, physiotherapy and occupational and complementary therapies.

England to India - An Epic Cycle Charity Ride

Jude Kriwald

My page: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/EnglandToIndia

Hello! Thank you for visitng my donation page! The fact that you're even reading this makes me happy. I am cycling from Yeovil, England to Amrtisar, India, to raise £25,000 for St. Margaret's Hospice. I really care about this charity; they help thousands of patients and families (including mine) to cope with life-limiting illnesses by providing physical, emotional and spiritual care.

Any donation, no matter how small or large is greatly appreciated. £25, for example, will feed a patient with specialist dietary requirements for a day. While £250 will cover the cost of a course of specialist breast cancer dressings. All donations given here are processed quickly and go directly to St. Margaret's Hospice. You can Gift Aid your donations too so that St. Margaret's Hospice receive £1.25 for every £1 you give! On behalf of myself and all the staff and patients at St. Margaret's Hospice, thank you for your kind donation!
