Hi Everybody,

In a masochistic desire to prove he's not as old as he feels David South decided to run the London marathon - to assist him in this cause he roped in his 2 sons, Rob & Chris, who decided they needed the assistance of 2 of their friends, Jordan Hallows and Damon Garwood. To make the numbers up to an auspicious seven David Marshall and Sean Parker were added to the team.

As part of our training we have decided to give up one deadly sin each.

To inspire us to train harder we are supporting Leonard Cheshire Disability - a worthy cause campaigning to give disabled people the opportunity to live life their way (see attached link for further detail).
Please use this link to donate to a worthy cause and you can give your opinion as to whether the 7 are:

Magnificent
Samurai
Deadly
Wonders, or
Dwarfs

Please give generously and make the pain worthwhile.

Thanks

David, Rob, Chris, Jordan, Damon, David & Sean
