Poverty is an outrage against humanity. It robs people of dignity, freedom and hope, of power over their own lives. Christian Aid has a vision - an end to poverty - and we believe that vision can become a reality.
DSUK is a people-centred organisation with a unique sense of purpose: that anyone regardless of their disability can take part in and enjoy the thrill of snowsport. For nearly 30 years we have applied exceptional know-how and adaptability to enable those with a disability to experience the joy of skiing alongside the able-bodied. We provide exciting and life enhancing activities for individuals or groups who require adaptive equipment and/or special instruction and support.

Lands End to John O'Groats 2013 (9 day)
Having rasied money for Christian Aid on the London to Paris ride in 2012 I saw the good that the charity did and vowed to raise more money for the charity and it's good causes. Along with cycling, snowsports is another passion of mine and following a pre-season instructors meeting where we were shown the good that DSUK is doing I decided to split the fundraising between these two worthwhile causes.
I have gathered together a lean cycling team of Matt, Rich and Mike to complete one of cycling's best known routes, Lands End to John O'Groats. Rather than the usual 13 day trip we will be attempting to complete it in 9 days along with help from Simon our support driver and the charities.
Please help us reach our target of £5000 that will help people regardless of race or religion and help disabled people have the same joy and fun on the snow that able bodied people enjoy.
