CLIC Sargent - CLIC Sargent helps children and young people with cancer and their families with the trauma of diagnosis, the often long journey through treatment and continues to support them afterwards. Every day 10 families are told that their child has cancer. Diagnosis often comes as a shock. Treatment usually starts straightaway and can last up to three years. CLIC Sargent is there with clinical, practical and emotional support, every step of the way.

The Big Buzz 2012

When children and young people get cancer, many lose their hair. You can show your support for them by joining The Big Buzz and getting creative with your hair to raise money for CLIC Sargent. Be a Life Shaver and shave your head as the ultimate sign of support, and raise valuable funds to help children and young people with cancer get the most out of life. If shaving your head is not for you, have some hair-raising fun with your style and change your hair to change lives. Hold a wear a wig to work or school day, throw a fancy dress party for your friends and family where everyone comes dressed as their favourite celeb, get sponsored to dye your hair a wacky, bright colour for a week or a month. The possibilities are endless!
