Fred Scott, Cornelius Bruinsma,

My page:

Many thanks for visiting our page.

I was diagnosed with bone cancer in 1985 when studying at the Royal Academy of Music, London. At that time the diagnosis felt rather like a death sentence. For a survivor this turns into a life sentence as you learn to confront your own mortality daily.

I support SCAT through my activities as a professional musican and hope that you will be able to contribute to continuing research into treatment for a truly awful disease.

Megan Whiteley (Flute, and fellow cancer-survivor) Lily Scott (Soprano) Cornelius Bruinsma and Emily O'Hara (guitars) Jefferson Tawaba (piano) Nick Simonon (drums) and I are performing at Fairfield Halls, Croydon on 3rd April at 13:05h in a benefit concert for SCAT.

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations,

All the best,
