Triumph Over Phobia (TOP UK) - TOP UK is a charity which helps sufferers of phobias, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and other related anxiety to overcome their fears. We do this through a network of weekly self-help groups. Groups are warm and supportive and use behaviour therapy to help people overcome their fears.

Hi, thanks for visiting my page.

I'm raising money for Triumph Over Phobia (TOP UK) by running the Swindon Half Marathon in October. It's a new challenge for me as I have no previous running experience.

I decided to raise money for TOP as I am currently trying to beat a phobia with their help. If anyone would like to know more, please email me.
