Hi, thanks for visiting my page.
Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to my chosen charity, Tourette Scotland.
Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
I shall be walking the Run Glasgow event on 4th September, from Glasgow Green, a 10k distance. This will actually be a 'limpathon' because I cant walk far, due to dodgy knees. So you will be sponsoring me for attempting to start the race, and no matter what means I use, ending the race. This may mean my donning crutches, a skateboard, using a bus, or piggy backing on some much hunkier person.
The important thing is, I shall take part in some way or other, and you can help me raise funds for the 1 in 100 people who live withTourette Syndrome, and help us at Tourette Scotland to help them overcome the barriers they face, raise awareness about the condition, and give them a good Christmas treat.
The money will go also towards support for our youngsters, and for them to have outings and events, meeting up together.
Go on, dig out your online spare change, I may not be an athlete, but I will be taking part the best way I can. Every step, no matter how I get there, will be worth your cash! xxx
