The Family Federation For World Peace And Unification - The Unification Movement is a worldwide community of faith founded by Reverend Sun Myung Moon. It empowers spiritual maturity in the individual and supports families that strive to embody relationships of true love. It is also an alliance of people who share a common vision of how God wants to bless families as the basis for healthy communities, stable societies and a peaceful world. The Unification Movement seeks to create a "culture of heart" by supporting interreligious and international cooperation around the universal themes of family, and living for the sake of others, thus consigning the barriers of race, religion, culture and nationality to the history books. From Saturday 1st May we will be starting a 40day ‘lose 5 Kgs’. We will be doing this in a sensible and healthy way. The goal is to raise money for our Church refurbishment program and to get fit at the same time. We are asking all who get involved to make a goal of raising at least £100 in sponsorship. We will be organising this also through the Virgin Money Giving website. Be part of rebuilding you community centre and get healthy in the process. If you put your email and name below we will contact you in the next week with more information.

From Saturday 1st May some friends and I will be starting a 40day ‘lose 5 Kgs’. We are raising funds to redevelop our Lancaster Gate Community Church. This is a community centre that is used for a wide range of good causes - including programmes for music and dance focused on supporting youth. Different charitable groups hold conferences and peace meetings in our centre.

We will be doing this in a sensible and healthy way.

So...The goal is to refurbish and recreate and to get fit at the same time!

 

I currently weigh 91 KIlograms. My goal is to get down to a minimum of 86KGs. If I can manage it I will reach for 83KGs.
